About Riddhii Gala
Riddhii Gala is an independent fashion designer and stylist creating made-to-measure pieces that express confidence, individuality and elegance.
Since beginning her creative journey in 2017, she has designed custom occasion wear for clients in India and internationally, including Dubai and the United States. The studio works across couture, ready-to-wear, bridal-inspired designs, bridesmaid ensembles and personal styling.

For ready-to-wear, choose a design and use Buy Now or enquire on WhatsApp. For couture and custom pieces, share your occasion, date, budget and inspiration with us.
Can I customise an order?
Yes. Customisation is available for eligible designs. Colour, fabric, detailing and fit can be discussed before your order is confirmed.
Does the price change for a customised order?
It can. Customisation, special fabrics, additional detailing or construction changes may carry an additional charge. We will confirm the final price before proceeding.
Can I request a change in colour?
Yes, subject to fabric and material availability. Please enquire before ordering if you require a specific colour.
How do I know my size?
Please use the size chart available on the product page or checkout. If you need a special fit or measurement, select the made-to-measure option and contact us.
How do I make the payment?
Eligible products can be paid through the secure Razorpay checkout. A booking advance can also be paid through the booking payment option.
What if I want changes or cancellation of an existing order?
Please contact RIDDHII GALA as soon as possible. Because pieces may be made specifically for you, changes or cancellations are subject to the stage of production.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are excluded from product prices and are calculated separately according to the destination and shipment.
Are the colours shown on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display colours accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how a colour appears. Please ask us if you need a closer colour confirmation.
What are your delivery options?
We arrange delivery to the customer's destination. Delivery timelines and courier charges depend on the destination, product and production requirements.
What if I order multiple products?
Multiple products may be shipped together or separately depending on availability, production timelines and destination.
Important: All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Size: Sizes beyond L may carry an additional charge. Any such charge will be confirmed before the order is processed.
Shipping: Shipping charges are excluded from displayed product prices and will be charged separately.
